SERVICE ANIMALS
ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome throughout the resort. Owners should please observe and follow the service animal behavioral policy below:
-
Service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times.
-
Service animals should remain on a leash or harness unless doing so interferes with the animal's ability to perform its duties or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.
-
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and for any damages the animal may cause to the property or other guests.
-
We request that guests with service animals inform our reservations team at the time of booking, so we can ensure the most comfortable accommodation for you and your service animal.
*For the purpose of this policy, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA guidelines and are therefore not allowed within the resort without prior approval from management*
